My name is Sigourney Belle.
I am the Founder of Soma Mystica® - The School of Somatic and Energetic Healing Arts & The Soft Body Revolution™ - a sanctuary for women, who are devoted to walking the Feminine Path of Spirituality - in business, life and relationships.
My work combines Ancient Taoist Wisdom with Modern Science to teach and initiate women into the Feminine Mysteries and into walking the path of Embodied Gnosis.
As a Medical Intuitive, I utilise my work in the Medical Field and my extensive knowledge of Esoteric Medicine, to support women to unwind the tension from their nervous systems and live in alignment with their true design, which is deeply feeling, thriving and radiantly alive.
My philosophy is that "the body is home" - I believe that we are not here to "ascend" anywhere, but to become more of who we truly are; as Rumi put it - to remove all of the barriers that are in the way of experiencing ourselves as the love that we are.
I am passionate about women living and thriving creatively - in business and in relationships.
I have a unique way of working - through the body.
As a Medical Intuitive and Esoteric Medicine practitioner, I support you to move through the layers of trauma and protection in the body, to gentle allow yourself to come into vulnerability and unmask the deeper layers of your psyche, to unfold and come back home to your true essence.

The Soft Body Method: Private Membership Space.
This is my Foundations offering. I require anyone that is wanting to do 1:1 work with me to be in my private membership space, where I offer 5 LIVE calls a month + a community space for Q&A.
Because my offerings are about intimacy and connection, it is important to me that I know my clients and have experienced that they are committed to their own evolution and growth process and that they have regular energetic and somatic alignment practises, before coming in to go deeper in a 1:1 container.
Just $150USD a month, this is your place to taste my work, before choosing to going deeper.

I am not the person you want to work with if you are looking to strategise a roadmap forwards to creating your ideal life.
You true self and essence, is a felt experience - it is not something that you can logically think your way into achieving.
I support women to uncover and unfold into their deepest feminine essence, by unravelling the layers of protection - personal, transpersonal and interrelational - so that they can naturally align to their natural magnetism and path, to thrive in business and relationships.
To work with me, you will first need to apply and then have a discovery call with my team.
Initial 1:1 sessions are $500USD - people unlock and uncover more than they do with years of "therapy" or advice from healthcare practitioners, in just one session.
For mentorship - it is 10k USD / 6 months, which includes 2 calls a month, access to my private community and access to guidance via a private telegram chat.
